I’m Erin Kwyzla, and I’m proud to serve as a provider at Ziva Aesthetics & Wellness, specializing in Medical Weight Loss and Wellness. With over 17 years of nursing experience—including the past 10 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner—I’ve built a career grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive.

Nearly three years ago, my personal health journey took a transformative turn when I began my own medical weight loss path. After struggling with weight for much of my adult life, I adopted a new approach that helped me lose over 100 pounds—and more importantly, maintain that loss for more than two years. This experience changed not only my body, but my perspective, and it ignited a passion to support others navigating similar challenges.

I know firsthand the emotional and physical complexities of weight loss. That insight shapes how I connect with my patients—offering empathy, personalized strategies, and real-world support. My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health, embrace their strength, and move forward with confidence.

My name is Morgan Hughes, and I am a nurse injector at Ziva Aesthetics and Wellness. A native of Northwest Arkansas, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from John Brown University. My clinical background includes experience in both emergency medicine and dermatology, which has provided me with a strong foundation for delivering safe, effective, and results-driven aesthetic care.

At Ziva, my focus is on creating a patient-centered experience that is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are—mentally, physically, and emotionally—to ensure a thoughtful and personalized approach to every treatment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. I am passionate about helping others feel confident and empowered in their own skin, and I look forward to being a part of your aesthetic journey.

With 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, I’ve worn many hats—emergency department nurse, clinical instructor, and now, a proud teacher at the Medical Academy at Springdale High School, helping future healthcare heroes find their path. But what really excites me? Helping people feel absolutely fabulous in their own skin! That’s why I’m diving headfirst into the world of aesthetic treatments. My family is all about healthcare—my husband Justin, a Captain at Springdale Fire Department, and my kids—Dylan, a Radiology RN at NWMC, his wife Olivea, a Paramedic, and my daughter Shelby, who runs the show at Seven Brew in Memphis alongside her boyfriend Gavin, who's working his way through Dental School. We’re all in when it comes to making the world a healthier, happier place. Now, I’m here to bring that same care and energy to my clients, delivering results that are safe, natural, and totally beautiful. I know how tough it can be to juggle work and make appointments, so to make your life easier, I offer evening and Saturday hours. Dr Grantham was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Residency Trained at the University of Arkansas-AHECNW in Fayetteville Arkansas in Family Medicine. Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Trained in Aesthetics. 

Happily Married to Kelly Grantham. When Brian isn’t busy with all things medical, you can find him fishing or enjoying sports!
