Cancellation / No-Show Policy
When you schedule an appointment at Ziva Aesthetics & Wellness, we reserve that time especially for you. In order to respect the schedules of our clients and our providers, we have put the following policy in place:

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no fee will be charged.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment OR if you fail to show up (no-show), a $50 cancellation / no-show fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to perform your full treatment, it may be treated as a late cancellation / no-show and you may be subject to the $50 fee.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows; 3 or more in 1 2 months may result in requiring prepayment or deposit for future appointments, or refusal of further bookings.

By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by this policy.
